The purpose of this Shop.
The purpose of this Shop is to provide a convenient and more affordable way for my clients and students in Cairns and surrounds to purchase the Self Care Tools I recommend in my classes and private sessions. By buying these tools in bulk I can obtain reduced shipping rates compared to what it would cost you to buy one or two items individually.

Do you offer shipping?
The short answer to this is "No". You should only buy through this Shop if you are able to arrange an in-person meeting with me to take delivery of your purchase. If you live outside of Cairns or are unable to meet me in person then your order will not be accepted as I do not provide a shipping or mailing service for any of the items I sell.

What payments methods do you offer?
You can pay via EFT transfer (preferred) or Cash on Delivery. If you choose EFT then after receiving your order I will email you a Tax Invoice with instructions on how to pay. Once your payment is received I will coordinate a time with you to deliver your order. If you choose Cash on Delivery I will coordinate a time with you to deliver your order. Please have the correct amount of money with you when we meet. You can also request a Tax Invoice for COD if you like and I will email it to you.

How many things can I purchase?
You can purchase up to 5 of each product I stock. If you want to purchase more than 5 of any one product, please email me your request. There is a simple stock management system built into this store; if you try to add more than 5 of a product to your cart, or add more products than I currently have on hand, the quantity value will be auto-adjusted down to either 5 items or the number of items actually available. I try to maintain stock levels of 10-20 of each product but sometimes this is not always possible due to delays in shipping or unexpected demand. Please email me if you have questions.

Do you accept returns or give refunds?
The short answer to this is "No". I have a try-before-you-buy policy whereby you can attend one of my weekly Yoga Tune Up® Classes and experience first hand the Self Care Tools I offer. If a product you buy from me is faulty or defective, I will happily replace it for you. Please contact me within 7 days of taking delivery of your product if you need a replacement.

Discounts.
If you decide to purchase a complete set of the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls (ie one set of ORIGINAL sized balls, one set of PLUS sized balls, the ALPHA ball, and the COREGEOUS ball) normally valued at $110, a $10 discount will be automatically applied to your cart. You need to add each of these products separately to your cart to receive the discount.
